Marisa (she/her) is an undergraduate student in the Colleges of Engineering and Agriculture and Life Sciences studying Biological Engineering. She is fascinated by the ubiquity of microorganisms and how bioengineering can be used to study and interrogate these systems across multiple scales. Outside of the lab, Marisa enjoys crocheting amigurumi animals, reading, playing with her dog and spending time with friends and family.
